- Secure business from existing key accounts
- Set up strategy for Chinese market, align with global vertical team
- Business development in new applications and execute footprint expansion in China
- Analyze and evaluate market trends, growth potentials, competitions and drive business growth
- Develop and manage cooperation with strategic partners, universities, research institutes and local key players
- Communication with global team(product, planning and pricing)
- Communication with JV team(product, planning and pricing)
- Support Marketing events and campaigns
- Promotion of products/solution
- Provide some level of technical support and consultancy to customers
Requirements
- University degree in Mechanical, Material or Chemistry
- 5-10 years sales experience
- Strong Key Account management capability
- Work in thermal spray or surface engineering related industry would be a plus.
- Fluent in English, written and verbal
- Good communication and negations skills
- Good knowledge of PC-work (MS-Office: Word, Excel, PPT, and SAP etc.)
- Team Working
- Drive license would be a plus
