1.Responsible for the formulation development of Adisseo feed additive products, improving the overall performance, including stability and bioavailability in animals, through formulation processes such as granulation, coating, spray-drying, and hot melt extrusion.
2.Organize scientific research experiments in the field of feed processing technology, support the testing, development, and upgrading of feed additive products or solutions.
3.Responsible for the improvement of existing production processes to enhance the quality of the company's existing products, reduce costs and increase efficiency.
4.Identify the latest research and application trends in feed additive formulation development to conduct relevant studies and support the company's product application in the feed sector.
5.Write research reports, patents, technical articles, etc.
6.Fully fulfill HSE responsibilities in daily work.
7.Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
1.3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical preparation development, experience in industrial scale-up and transfer production of solid dosage form projects is preferred.
2.Experience in developing rumen-protected additives for ruminants is preferred.
3.Master degree or above, pharmaceutical formulation, feed engineering, animal nutrition, bioengineering and other related majors.
4.Skilled in mastering and applying the technologies and process facilities for oral solid dosage forms.
5.Understand the laws and regulations of feed industry and industry market trends.
6.Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
7.Able to lead a local or near-to-market innovation/optimization projects.
8.Able to take independent tech flows or sub-project in multi-function/nation project under minor guidance by project leader.
9.Systematic research and basic project management skill is the key competence.
10.Strong communication and expression skills, with a sense of teamworking.
