- Currently seeking a Quality Manager to join our team in Guangdong
Position Summary
- We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance initiatives across New Product Introduction (NPI) and mass production.
- This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and a proactive approach to risk management and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues during NPI and ensure smooth transition to mass production
- Identify manufacturing risks and develop mitigation plans using PFMEA
- Establish control plans for incoming, in-process, outgoing, and reliability inspections based on customer requirements and PFMEA
- Implement process controls in critical areas affecting product quality
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for product quality and manufacturing processes
- Manage field returns and customer complaints
Ideal Candidates
- Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in process and customer quality management roles
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for Product Quality Manager
- Proven experience handling quality issues during NPI launches
- Strong knowledge of PPAP, IATF16949, and quality tools such as MSA, SPC, and FMEA
- Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
