Job Summary

The recruiting specialist will support the team in end-to-end bulk recruitment for interns, dispatched employees, and mid-to-low level positions, as well as recruitment operations tasks.

Key roles and responsibilities

Intern and Dispatch hiring

  • Manage recruitment for interns and dispatched employees including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding follow-up. Maintain partnerships with universities and third-party agencies.

End-to-end bulk recruitment for mid-to-low level

  • Execute end-to-end bulk recruitment for mid-to-low level roles, from demand analysis to offer issuance. Utilize recruitment channels (job boards, social media) to source candidates and track hiring metrics.

End-to-end campus recruitment projects

  • Lead end-to-end campus recruitment projects, including university partnerships, career fair planning, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management. Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes, supporting onboarding for fresh graduates.
  • Manage agreement (tripartite contract) signing, overseeing both physical and e-signature processes, and maintaining proper documentation.

Recruitment Operations

  • Manage vendor payments, contract stamping, and documentation for headhunters and campus recruitment partners.
  • Schedule interviews and provide logistics support.
  • Assist TA team in candidate sourcing and market research.
  • Support ad-hoc projects like campus hiring or employer branding campaigns.
  • Seal/Stamp Application: Submit official seal requests for team documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in bulk hiring or RPO. Strong communication, execution, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ATS. Fluent in English (if required for global collaboration).
