Responsibilities

    • Highly sensitive of market trend and Excellent Business Mind in approaching new potential customers.
    • Strong capability in strategic defining and implementation with targeted area to expand IR market share.
    • Proactively working with cross function team in direction of Solution's Selling and Presenting IR Value in a consistent way towards new customers.
    • Solid plan in new customers development both group level and local level to achieve company target.
    • Conduct necessary customer negotiations from company perspective and bring results.
    • Use Super-office as key tools in daily developing work and keep updating.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in business management preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' sales experience in B2B company.
  • Knowledgeable of the small parts and industrial standard (DIN, ISO, GB, ANSI, FE…) is an advantage.
  • Experience of business development towards international companies.
  • Good command of English in both writing and oral.
  • Perseverance with passion.
