Responsibilities
- Highly sensitive of market trend and Excellent Business Mind in approaching new potential customers.
- Strong capability in strategic defining and implementation with targeted area to expand IR market share.
- Proactively working with cross function team in direction of Solution's Selling and Presenting IR Value in a consistent way towards new customers.
- Solid plan in new customers development both group level and local level to achieve company target.
- Conduct necessary customer negotiations from company perspective and bring results.
- Use Super-office as key tools in daily developing work and keep updating.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, major in business management preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' sales experience in B2B company.
- Knowledgeable of the small parts and industrial standard (DIN, ISO, GB, ANSI, FE…) is an advantage.
- Experience of business development towards international companies.
- Good command of English in both writing and oral.
- Perseverance with passion.
