Essential Responsibilities
- Focus on developing new talent throughout the entire production process.
- Participate in and coordinate production improvement projects, responsible for project process advancement.
- English communication skills, assisting supervisors/manager and group personnel.
- Completing standard English forms.
- Production process/external personnel support, communication, and coordination.
- Report directly to the department manager and plan career development.
- Ability to learn, withstand pressure, adapt to challenging environments, and thrive in challenging situations.
- Passion for the production floor and the ability to work on the front lines.
- Reading and understanding of manufacturing instructions and procedures.
- Respect of safety rules.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher with experience/knowledge in production, processing, chemical engineering, electromechanical technology, or equivalent.
- CET-6 English certificate.
- Regular work hours, occasionally requiring three-shift work (7:00-15:00, 15:00-11:00, 11:00-7:00).
- Good team spirit
