What You Will Do
- 负责光通信产品项目的整体管理,包括项目计划、执行、监控和收尾,确保项目按时、按质、按预算完成。
- 协调内部团队和外部供应商,确保项目资源的有效配置和利用。
负责与客户沟通,了解客户需求,提供技术支持和解决方案,确保客户满意度。
- 参与新产品的研发和导入,协调研发、生产和质量团队,确保新产品顺利上市。
- 监控项目进度,识别和管理项目风险,及时解决项目中出现的问题。
- 制定和维护项目文档,包括项目计划、进度报告、风险管理计划等。
- 负责项目团队的管理和培训,提升团队的专业能力和工作效率。
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 本科及以上学历,光通信、电子工程、计算机科学或相关专业。
2.5年以上光通信产品项目管理经验,熟悉光通信产品的研发和生产流程。
- 具备优秀的项目管理能力,能够独立管理多个项目。
- 具备良好的沟通和协调能力,能够与客户和内部团队有效沟通。
- 熟悉项目管理工具和方法,如MS Project、PMP等。
- 英语良好,能够进行基本的口语和书面交流
