Position Summary:
We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Senior Manager to lead our UX/UI design efforts across digital touchpoints—App, Mini Program, and Website — with a strong focus on customer loyalty, gamification, and digital engagement. This role will take over design responsibilities from external agencies and drive continuous enhancements to our digital platforms, ensuring seamless and culturally relevant experiences for our core customer base in Mainland China and international markets.
The ideal candidate brings a unique blend of UX/UI design expertise, product management acumen, and deep experience in creating engaging gamified experiences, preferably from the online/mobile gaming industry. You will work at the intersection of customer experience, loyalty strategy, and technical execution, driving measurable improvements in engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Internalize and lead UX/UI design efforts across App, Website, and Mini Program, reducing reliance on external agencies.
- Own and evolve the product roadmap for loyalty and marketing systems, with a strong emphasis on gamification and personalization.
- Collaborate with IS&T, vendors, and business stakeholders to define and implement the customer journey, functional requirements and enhancements.
- Ensure seamless integration and technical feasibility between frontend design and backend systems (CRM, CDP, Loyalty Engine, Marketing Automation).
- Monitor and optimize customer satisfaction metrics, behavioral KPIs, and funnel performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement design and system improvements to enhance user experience.
- Partner with Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Stay ahead of UX/UI trends, gamification mechanics, and digital best practices from leading gaming and loyalty platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in
digital product management
and
UX/UI design
, ideally within
gaming, hospitality, or large scale direct to consumer loyalty platforms
. - Proven success in managing
customer-facing digital products
and backend systems in complex environments. - Strong technical fluency—comfortable with APIs, data flows, and system architecture.
- Deep understanding of gamification, customer lifecycle marketing, and loyalty mechanics.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch), project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps), and analytics platforms (e.g., GA, Zhuge IO).
