1. Compliance Implementation
· Lead the full-cycle compliance management for overseas employees: labor contracts, work visa processing, social security benefits, and salary payments.
· Design/localize policies on leave, benefits, and expatriate management in accordance with local laws.
2. Process Efficiency Improvement
· Optimize cross-border processes such as employee onboarding, transfers, and departures through digital tools.
· Collaborate with relevant Group departments, foreign legal affairs, and local teams to prevent HR compliance risks.
· Implement and optimize HR and administrative expense and reimbursement management.
3. Global Support
· Serve as an HR policy advisor for overseas branches, answering employees' daily policy questions.
· Analyze compliance data and provide proactive optimization solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Hard Requirements
· At least one year of SSC/HR operations experience (a multinational or Chinese-funded overseas enterprise background is required).
· Familiarity with labor compliance in Asia Pacific, Europe, and the US.
· Fluency in English (can be used as a working language). Proficiency in other minority languages is a plus.
