Finance Manager
to oversee financial operations, and support the leadership with strategic insights that drive operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily finance functions, including Accounts Receivable, Costing, General Ledger, Cash Management, and Capex.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports such as monthly management accounts, weekly cash flow reports, forecasts, and annual budgets.
- Partner closely with operations teams to conduct detailed financial analysis of business units.
- Maintain and enhance the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
- Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and local regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and guide the finance team, ensuring work is performed effectively and in line with established procedures.
- Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications to Succeed:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent. Professional certification (Chartered Accountant, CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
- Possess 8-10 years of finance and accounting experience with 3-5 years in a managerial role.
- Able to interpret and simplify complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and able to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and business acumen skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems e.g. Oracle or SAP is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft tools.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin to facilitate smooth communication with cross-border stakeholders.
