You support our team as

Lubricant Developer
Responsibilities

  • Assist superior in technical guidance during project concept reviewing.
  • Understand Product development process requirement and work according to it.
  • Support and carry out product development projects
  • Carry out maintenance and calibration work of lab equipments and test rigs.
  • Conduct all relevant tests according to the test instruction.
  • Ensure the documentation of experiment and test results.
  • Test lab/pilot samples according to the project requirement list. Document experiment details and results clearly and properly.
  • Report the test and experiments results in oral and written form to superior.
  • Follow up and give technical guidance to production during new product realization process.
  • Ensure effective and efficient communication with the concerned functions at KLM, such as RD & QR, as well as other branches.
  • Work as a team with laboratory staff, help each other to solve any technical problem.
  • Provide technical support to production for process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or relative field;
  • At least 2-3 years laboratory experience, familiar with analysis methods and research & development work
  • Good project management skills
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic with a positive attitude and a team player;
  • Good communication and coordination skills in an international environment;
  • Fluent English – oral and written;
  • Excellent PC skills.
