Core Responsibilities
Market Insight & Strategy Development:
Conduct in-depth analysis of target overseas markets (e.g., North America, Europe), including industry trends, competitive landscape, user needs, purchasing behavior, and cultural differences.
Develop clear, actionable product positioning, value propositions, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and annual marketing plans based on market insights.
Identify market growth opportunities and propose product line planning and pricing strategies.
Product Marketing Content & Communication:
Lead or collaborate in creating high-quality, localized marketing materials, including but not limited to: website product pages, presentations, case studies, white papers, video scripts, etc.
Ensure all marketing content accurately conveys the product's core value and technical advantages, aligning with the target market's language preferences and cultural context.
Manage product key messages to ensure global communication consistency.
Digital Marketing & User Growth:
Develop and execute online marketing campaigns, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM/SEO), Social Media Marketing (key platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), Content Marketing, and Email Marketing.
Monitor, analyze advertising campaign performance and website traffic data, continuously optimizing strategies to improve user acquisition efficiency and conversion rates.
Responsible for content optimization and user experience enhancement for overseas official websites, independent e-commerce sites, or platform storefronts (e.g., Amazon).
Channel & Partner Collaboration:
Work closely with overseas sales teams, providing necessary sales tools, training, and support to enable them to achieve targets.
Support overseas channel partners (distributors, agents, retailers) in their marketing activities by providing marketing materials and co-marketing proposals.
Participate in or organize overseas industry exhibitions, online/offline launch events, community activities, etc., to increase brand exposure and product awareness.
Data Analysis & Optimization:
Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), regularly track and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness, market feedback, and sales data.
Based on data insights, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies, propose optimization recommendations, and implement rapid iterations.
Monitor competitor activities and marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies promptly to maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, International Business, Business English, Communications, or a related field.
Work Experience:
Minimum 3 years of overseas marketing experience for B2C hardware/tech products. Experience successfully leading overseas product launches or promotions is preferred.
Experience with cross-border e-commerce, independent site operations, or marketing on major overseas e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon) is preferred.

Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills (Chinese & English): Ability to independently write professional English marketing copy and communicate effectively across cultures.
Strong Digital Marketing Skills: Proficiency in at least one major advertising platform (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and web analytics tools (Google Analytics).
Data-Driven Mindset: Skilled in utilizing data analysis to guide marketing decisions and optimizations.
Market Sensitivity & User Insight: Deep understanding of overseas market trends and consumer psychology.
Project Management & Multitasking: Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Learning Ability & Initiative: Passion for tech products and the ability to quickly learn and understand complex technical concepts.
Cross-Cultural Communication & Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and partners from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Preferred Qualifications (Plusses):
Proficiency in a foreign language besides English (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Japanese, Korean).
Basic visual design aesthetic sense or video editing skills.
Experience studying, working, or living overseas.
Familiarity with the marketing environments of specific regional markets (e.g., Europe/US, Japan/Korea, Southeast Asia).
