Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director at the 6th Asian Beach Games Sanya2026. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of the event. Daily tasks include managing budgets, coordinating with various departments, stakeholders, vendors, and sponsors, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and leading a diverse team to achieve event goals. The Director will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise during the planning and execution phases of the event.
Qualifications
- Experience in Event Planning, Project Management, and Operational Oversight
- Leadership and Team Management skills
- Budget Management and Financial Planning skills
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and Critical Thinking abilities
- Experience in Sports Event Management is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Sanya
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, Hospitality, or related field
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is preferred
