What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be
This is a E2E role designed for marketer who is passionate about building the future of our brands. You will be responsible for new format and new business model exploration, own the complete business lifecycle, from initial innovation to scaled growth.
- Craft and deliver innovation from 0 to 1.
- Deep understanding of TA, market, category segments, channels to uncover innovation opportunities.
- Craft product concepts and claims, product mix, packaging, and key product communications/assets. Ensure innovation projects landing OTIF.
- Support manager on brand strategy planning (IBP) and execution, build brand from 1 to 10.
- Translate marketing initiatives to actionable plans for various product lines & channels, plan & land brand building projects and activations.
- Engage with key customers & sales team, build compelling business cases and sell-in stories to secure internal support and external customer listings.
- Design E2E consumer experience of the product, including marketing support, omni campaign, offline instore activations, EC operation, media / social planning, etc.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, CMI, etc, lead the cooperation to ensure strategy and execution alignment.
- Other brand building related projects.
Experiences & Qualifications
- Related marketing experience on brand building / brand development
- Minimum 2–3year experience
- Working English & fluently communicate with global agencies
