- 维护与现有客户的良好关系, 获得更多的新业务。
- 收集潜在客户信息, 跟进相关客户,了解弹簧在不同应用领域的竞争情况及做好相关市场调研。
- 通过发现新的销售机会,拜访客户,组织技术交流等方式独立开发新客户,新项目。
- 收集并分析竞争对手信息,为管理层进一步讨论及决策提供依据。
- 定期跟进应收款的回收情况, 确保销售货款按时收回。
- 监测每个客户的实际销售状况, 并做出初步分析、采取相应措施。
- 关注成本、交付、质量等,提高客户满意度。
- 协调外部客户与公司内部各有关部门的联系,将顾客的各种要求传达到公司相关部门,并为其他部门与客户沟通时提供必要的支持。
- 按照公司流程要求,做好与客户相关的各类文件和系统工作。
- 按时完成上级领导交办的其他任务。
- Maintain the good relationship with existing customers & get new business from them.
- Collect potential customer's information, follow up to contact relative customers, collect market and competition
- information in STS different application.
- Develop new customers and new projects by generating sales leads, setting customer visit, organizing technical day, etc.
- Gather and Analyze competitor's information for further review and decision by management.
- Follow up AR situation regularly to make sure all the AR be settled in time.
- Monitor the actual sales situation of each customer and make preliminary analysis or necessary actions properly.
- Improve the customer satisfaction with awareness on cost, delivery, quality etc.
- Coordinate between customer and internal responsible departments. Transfer customers' requirements into internal
- departments, provide necessary support to our colleagues during customers communication.
- Prepare and documented relative paper work according to company process requirement.
- Accomplish other jobs/tasks punctually appointed by Superior. 任职要求
- 本科学历及以上,专业为机械,工程或商务相关比如国际贸易,经济学及市场营销等。
- 最低3年工业领域金属零件的销售经验。
- 英语读写流利,可口语沟通。
- 良好的沟通能力,与客户建立并维持良好商务关系。
- 能自觉、独立工作,有主人翁意识。
- 忠诚守信,抗压能力强
- 熟悉SAP,CRM系统更佳。
- 适应出差要求
- Bachelor's degree and above in mechanical, engineering or business related such as international trade, economics, marketing and so on.
- At least 3 years working experience of sales or related areas in Industry area.
- Good English capability, fluent in both spoken and written.
- Good communication skills, build up & maintain effective business relationship with customers
- Act independently under minimum of supervision, entrepreneurial thinking.
- Loyalty, Commitment and ability to cope with pressure.
- Familiar with SAP, CRM etc is preferred.
- Be able to travel.
