JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performance Management:
Build up high performance culture through One Performance process champion, drive high performance culture, educate people manager on how to evaluate team and identify talents.
Succession Planning:
Following Global succession planning rules and tools, work with Asia country HR team to facilitate talent review/succession discussions to identify key talents and successors to critical positions. Analysis succession data to identify opportunities and define next steps to speed up successor readiness.
Leadership Development:
Address opportunities to initiate leadership development programs to build up leadership foundations at all levels in Asia.
Talent Development
: Well manage global talent program nominations and keep track the development of key talents in the country. Collect local talent development needs and collaborate with Asia COE team to design and implement local solutions/programs.
Organization Effectiveness and Leadership
: Identify and address organizational effectiveness opportunities, e.g. change management, building team trust, align team vision/goal, work with Asia country HR team to design solutions to support organization and business. Drive leadership development by leveraging resources of Global and Asia.
