- Geometrical Integration of the components from another OEM & supplier such as:
- Domain Controllers
- Energy management, c. steering-/brake system
- Low-voltage battery, Harness, valve, displays, HUD etc
- ADAS camera
- DCC, BLS, Amplifier, E-call, E-sound, Antennas, DMS, OMS, BLT
- ECU (electronic control unit)
- Strong know-how regard plateforum and tophat package and related feasibility study.
- Lead the Auslegungsrunde (Package Feasibility Meeting) with BUs in China
- Evaluate the impact on the top-hat Design Surface
- Assembly and Production Assessment
- Packaging drawing generation and updating
- Technical input for CAS generation and CAS issue solution handshaking
- CAS feasibility analysis; (Include display technical standards, ergonomics requirements, section inspection etc.)
- Project coordination with the shareholders.
- Detailed project roadmap & timeline alignment with relevant department;
- Project status steering with internal & external departments;
- Verify and follow up on improvement measures;
- A-surface production and creation for Exterior and Interior according to the design investigation Require
- More than 5 years of experience in Class A data production, with priority given to those with experience in Volkswagen projects.
- If there is work experience in Volkswagen but the working years do not meet the above requirements, it is necessary to participate in the data production test of the demand side. If the requirements are met, the length of service can be reduced to at least 4 years of Class A work experience.
- Familiar with Volkswagen Class A data quality standards.
- Understand the technical requirements of component design, process, and aesthetic design, and be able to propose technical solutions that meet the requirements of both parties and produce Class A data.
- Prefer candidates with VW project experience.
- With experience in new hut (top hat) development of car.
- Have capability & ability of Vred software for visualization.

- 熟悉大众汽车A级数据质量标准。 4.理解部件设计、工艺及美学设计的技术要求,能提出满足双方要求的技术方案并产出A级数据。
- 优先考虑具备大众项目经验者。
- 具备汽车新车顶开发经验。
- 掌握Vred软件可视化能力。
- 需具备团队协作与沟通能力。
