The primary responsibility for this role is boosting China Sales business in B2B aspects.

Identify and develop new B2B opportunity which may constitute an important part to the health of the overall business RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build strategic B2B Plans to drive short-term and long-term growth and channel success
  • Take the opportunities from the organic search crossing channels and convert into fixed orders.
  • Coordinate with different channels, optimize the existing pipeline and process in obtaining B2B business, securing the opportunities and convert into fixed order
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in new and existing accounts
  • Collaborate with clients to design incentive solution that meet key business goals
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, finance to ensure program execution REQUIRED EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:

3-5 Years of relevant B2B Sales Managerment experiences

  • Established network within the Hospitality, Premium Incentive and Corporate Rewards industry
  • Proven ability to generate new business and close complex deals
  • Strong consultative selling and client relationship skills
  • Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles and incentive program execution
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and strategic planning abilities
  • Bachelor holder with commercial education background.

REQUIRED LANGUAGES (BESIDES ENGLISH):

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English
