Core Responsibilities Regional Distributor Management: Exclusively manage offline store retail distributors in the U.S. and Middle East, developing regional retail expansion plans (including new store openings, pop-up store launches, etc.). Store Operations Support: Guide regional stores on visual merchandising and product display, train distributor teams on product knowledge and sales techniques. Monitor store metrics such as foot traffic and conversion rates, optimize inventory turnover and staff scheduling. Sales Target Achievement: Collaborate with regional distributors to set annual/quarterly sales targets, breaking down indicators by market (U.S./Middle East) and product category. Track store sales data, drive the implementation of promotions, limited-edition launches, and other strategies to ensure performance goals are met. Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate internal teams to provide region-specific merchandising materials and training resources, and feedback distributor needs to optimize products and strategies. Requirements Educational Background:Overseas study experience, bachelor's degree or higher. Experience:1-3 years of relevant retail experience in the fashion/luxury industry (new graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with retail background are preferred). Core Background:Minimum 4 years of living experience in North America, familiar with local consumer habits and retail markets. Language Skills:Excellent spoken English, capable of efficient cross-timezone communication with U.S. and Middle Eastern distributors.
