  • Set up On Premise channel strategy and define key growth levers within focus cities and regions.
  • Work with nominated On Premise distributor to execute business plan & achieve business targets.
  • Identify 'big fish' and key accounts for brand equity; build relationships and conquer.
  • Responsible for leading & motivating teams to achieve monthly/annual KPIs.
  • Coach and coordinate with distributor team in the management and development of strategic key customers.
  • Animate channel performance and take ownership of results.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly business review meeting with top level executives both internal and on distributor side.
  • Drive business plan within the framework of pre-aligned budgets and accountable to control spending to deliver priority projects in business plan.
  • Coordinate with trade marketing to plan and execute brand activations.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales / category management experience.

Expertise in the FMCG industry preferred, in particular on-premise channel

  • Distributor Management Experience. SKILLS
