  • 领导销售团队,确保销售目标的实现。
  • 在中国其他城市设立办事处,拓展公司业务。
  • 吸引新客户,寻找新项目,维护并扩展现有客户关系。
  • 参与商务旅行,参加谈判、技术研讨会、演讲和展览。
  • 与项目团队合作,为客户提供技术和商业报价。
  • 协调项目团队与客户的互动,确保项目顺利进行。
  • 编写销售报告和计划,为决策提供数据支持。 任职要求:
  • 电气工程或相关专业学士及以上学位。
  • 至少10年中压电气设备销售经验,具备成功销售案例。
  • 熟悉中压配电产品市场和市场条件。
  • 有在大型(国际)电气设备制造公司的工作经验者优先。
  • 良好的英语沟通能力(精通俄语优先),能够处理公司内部沟通、商务信函和英文/俄语技术文件。
  • 出色的沟通技巧和领导能力。
  • 熟练使用企业信息系统和电脑办公软件。 Main Responsibilities:
  • Leading the sales team to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
  • Establishing offices in other cities in China to expand the company's business.
  • Attracting new customers, seeking new projects, and maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Participating in business trips, negotiations, technical seminars, presentations, and exhibitions.
  • Collaborating with project teams to provide technical and commercial quotations for clients.
  • Coordinating interactions between project teams and clients to ensure project success.
  • Compiling sales reports and plans to provide data support for decision-making. Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in medium voltage electrical equipment sales, with successful sales cases.
  • Familiarity with the medium voltage distribution product market and market conditions.
  • Experience working in a large (international) electrical equipment manufacturing company is preferred.
  • Good communication skills in English (proficiency in Russian is a plus), capable of handling internal company communication, business correspondence, and technical documents in English/Russian.
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.
  • Proficient in using enterprise information systems and office software.
