ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead GE marketing platform strategy development and alignment, responsible for the establishment of ecosystem with innovative and strategic platforms and activities to continuously integrate and optimize cross-portfolio synergy.
- Establish necessary professional relationships with government authority and external contacts, and cultivate external opinion leader relationship.
- Responsible for cooperating with internal and external institutions, academic and innovative platforms to support hospital improve diagnostic capability to higher level, e.g., optimize AMS/VBP management.
- Work closely and keep same page with cross TA marketing platforms, leverage "Thousand County" policy to re-positioning Pfizer's strategic partner role in county pharma market.
- Develop recommendations for portfolio prioritization and investment. Leverage and influence various stakeholders and ensure successful team deliverables.
- Define, design, launch and drive oncology patient solution and diagnosis activities across multiple focus areas and serve as an active member to engagement related key stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Establish platforms at country level to fully align with GE BU strategy to drive oncology patient solution and diagnosis activities in targeting hospitals.
- Support market research program in terms of patient journey, patient insight, etc.
- Ensure that customer and patient insights as well as market issues relating to diagnosis are well understood and processed into the local business plans.
- Drive execution and lead implementation of key marketing platform tactics.
- Lead cross department and cross TAs platform activity implementation as planned. Lead & partner with cross functional teams of Sales, Marketing Platform, Marketing, Market Access etc. colleagues to ensure the efficiency of the platform activity implementation improve continually.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree is required, Master degree or MBA is preferred;
- Clinical Medicine/Pharmacy/Biology/Chemistry/Pharmaceutical manicuring related majors is preferred;
- 10+ years of marketing, strategy, business planning experience, 6+ years working experience in Pharmaceutical industry;
- Knowledge of Marketing Mix principles, business acumen and marketing execution is must-have;
- Proven track record of identifying customer needs, extracting key insights, and translating these into meaningful value propositions, and tactics.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills, including capabilities for uncovering deep customer insights, and acting upon customer needs.
- Demonstrated success in independently developing, executing, and measuring complex marketing programs.
- Demonstrated strong commitment to integrity & compliance.
- Preferred demonstrated initiative, strong strategic and leadership skills;
- Track record of working collaboratively across functions;
- Project management experience is required;
- Fluent in written and spoken English is required;
- Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word are must-have.
