About the Role:
We are looking to hire a manager-level professional to serve as a key liaison between the sales team and internal departments within the factory. This person should bring hands-on management experience and be capable of maximizing the effectiveness of the sales support team in areas such as order execution, resource coordination, and operational efficiency—ensuring delivery performance consistently meets or exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Order Handling, Execution Coordination & Management
– Oversee the customer service team to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer purchase orders from different accounts. Maintain clear communication, accurate information flow, and on-time delivery schedules. 管理客服團隊,負責接收來自不同業務單位的客戶訂單,並確保資訊準確、流程順暢、交期清晰明確。 - Cross-Functional Coordination
– Act as the main liaison between sales and factory departments (e.g., Production, Planning, Logistics, Quality). Consolidate and coordinate all inquiries, order requests, technical needs, and quality concerns from different sales groups to ensure alignment across functions. 作為銷售與工廠端(如生產、計畫、物流、品質等)之間的主要窗口,統一協調來自不同銷售單位的訂單、詢價、技術需求與品質相關事宜,確保相關部門步調一致。 - Resource and Capacity Allocation
– Collaborate with the factory to schedule production and allocate resources based on business priorities and delivery timelines. 根據業務優先順序與交期要求,協助工廠安排生產計畫及資源分配。 - Operational Issue Management
– Proactively identify potential issues and drive cross-functional resolutions to minimize delays and reduce the risk of errors. 主動發現潛在問題,並推動跨部門合作解決,以降低延誤與錯誤風險。 - Daily Sales Operations Support
– Provide internal support to the sales team such as order tracking, delivery updates, and other operational needs that strengthen execution capability. 提供如訂單追蹤、交期回覆等內部支持,提升對外銷售執行效率。 - Process Optimization and System Integration
– Continuously improve order management workflows and internal operations. Establish training mechanisms and SOPs where needed to support scalable and efficient operations. 持續優化訂單處理與內部營運流程,並視需要建立培訓機制與標準作業程序(SOP)。
While this role does not directly interface with external customers, it plays a critical internal coordination and execution role, providing substantial support to the frontline sales team. We are seeking someone with strong hands-on experience, a detail-oriented mindset, and a solid understanding of factory operations.
