As a Master Scheduler, you will plan and schedule the materials required to execute the business. You will works with different teams to translate the demand (forecasts/sales orders/planned orders) in to physical orders to meet customer requirements.
As a Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for:
- Working with sales and operations team to quote delivery lead time and convert the demand plans into physical orders
- Planning and scheduling order timelines (3-10 months' MPS/linear production slotting) to be consistent with customer requirements based on supply chain capacity
- Working with the Product Line/Sales/Service Delivery to prioritize deliver dates as needed (push outs, pull ins)
- Assisting in driving product line Make to Stock/Make to Order/Configure to Order/Engineer to Order standards are implemented in the S&OP process
- Performing various material management analysis such as statistical material consumption and forecasts/aged inventory/aged PO/in-transit material analysis/safety stock, etc.
- Implementing inventory stocking strategies. Monitoring levels of safety stock/global and aging inventory and working with regions/manufacturing plants to address accordingly
- Working with the AMO organization to ensure spare parts and asset demands are captured
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor in Supply Chain Management or related field with 5+ years' experience
- Have experience in order management, inventory optimization and management, asset utilization and management
- Have Intermediate knowledge of Oracle and MRP functionality
- Display Ability to work with and influence stakeholders
- Show Strategic thinking with tactical execution with a sense of urgency
- Be better have APICS
