5年以上 IT 服务/ IT infra 销售经验。
具备制造业,零售,快消,生物制药 ,金融客户资源且可转化。
跟进重要销售线索,参与谈判,确保签单和服务实施的质量。
丰富的大客户营销经验,较强的市场开拓以及业务谈判能力,销售经验 包括但不限于IDC, 服务器,网络, OSS,应用上云,IOT,脱碳,SAP,应用开发 等to B IT 解决方案的销售经验。
具备较强的客户需求分析能力、客户管理能力、项目运作能力及商务谈判能力。
本科及以上学历。良好的中英文演示和谈判技巧。
岗位职责
负责客户关系维护、行业客户开发。
开拓 IT 运维服务、系统集成、IT 服务管理、IT 管理咨询等相关业务。
进行有效的销售演示、解决方案提案、商务谈判。
与交付团队和解决方案团队紧密合作,提供技术和服务提案。
提供每周/每月的业务进展更新和个人绩效的复盘与改进措施。
面向大中型及集团化企业客户,包含但不限于 制造业、金融,零售快消、高科技电子等重点行业的客户开拓与商机跟进工作,合理制定销售策略,完成年度销售指标和任务。
Desired Skills and Experience
5 years Sales experience in IT service firms.
Good understanding of IT service offering especially with manufacturing, retail, FMCG, biopharmaceuticals, and finance sectors that can be converted.
Outstanding selling skills with a track record of closing new business and achieve production quota consistently.
Rich experience in KA farming or hunting.Strong capabilities in market development and business negotiation, includes but not limited in IDC, servers, networks, Call Centers, OSS, application cloud migration, and other operational service management (MS/ITO).
Strong abilities in customer needs analysis, customer management, project operation, and business negotiation.
Bachelor degree or above. Good presentation and negotiation skill in both Chinese and English.
Job Description
Develop and explore business opportunities, maintain and develop the existing customer relationship; cultivate and develop potential customers.
Explore IT operation services, system integration, IT service management, IT management consulting, and other related businesses.
Conduct effective sales presentation, solution proposal, business negotiation.
Work closely with Delivery team and solution team for technical and commercial proposal .
Provide weekly/monthly pipeline updates and reviews on individual and market performance and measures for improvement.
Target large or medium-sized group enterprise customers, including but not limited to customer development and business opportunity follow-up in key industries such as manufacturing, finance, retail FMCG, and high-tech electronics. Formulate reasonable sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets and tasks.
