Responsibilities and Duties
(职位职责与责任):
- Support sales team for customer activities, promotion and acquisition of orders 支持销售团队的客户活动、促销以及订单获取工作
- Evaluate special inquiries, new regulation, regulation updates, adjust existing services or develop new service as requested 评估特殊询问、新法规和法规更新,并根据要求调整现有服务或开发新服务
- Report to upper management regarding but not limit to issues, observations and suggestions about external and internal environment 向管理层汇报外部及内部环境中的问题、观察和建议(不仅限于此)
- Provide professional in-house or public training and seminar to external partners and customers 向外部合作伙伴和客户提供专业的内部或公开培训和研讨会
- Provide professional training to internal colleagues 为内部同事提供专业培训
- Provide training to junior engineers and support other colleagues on qualification and technical knowledge development 为初级工程师提供培训,并支持其他同事在资质和技术知识方面的发展
- Provide support and technical supervising for other engineers 为其他工程师提供支持及技术监督
- Provide technical support for testing on all items within the type approval. Ensure the correct implementation of testing and preparing of technical and administrative documentation 为所有型式认证项目提供测试技术支持,确保测试的正确实施,准备技术及行政文件
- Implement and manage all project-related activities. Ensure the correct project implementation and document the used service hours 执行并管理所有与项目相关的活动,确保项目的正确实施,并记录服务工时
- Proper management of the projects handled. Ensure excellent quality, lead-time and customer satisfaction 妥善管理负责的项目,确保卓越的质量、交期和客户满意度
- Ensuring the implementation of company quality system 确保公司质量体系的实施
- Implement and ensure application of business line policies and tools 实施并确保业务线政策和工具的应用
- Ensuring effective and efficient communication and cooperation within and cross departments 确保部门内及跨部门之间的有效沟通与合作
Qualifications(任职资格):
- Bachelor (or above) Engineering in vehicle, mechanical, electrical and electronic etc.
车辆、机械、电气与电子等工程学士及以上学历
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills and presentation skill, Good English skills is needed 较强的人际交往能力、沟通与表达能力,需具备良好的英语水平
- Strong knowledge of vehicle safety concept, homologation regulations and good knowledge of the products, which include vehicle components, system and the whole vehicle itself 对车辆安全理念、认证法规具有深入了解,对车辆部件、系统及整车产品有良好知识储备
- Ability to develop new testing and new service in the field of automotive testing, inspection, certification and consultation 具备在汽车测试、检验、认证和咨询领域开发新测试及服务的能力
- Strong customer relationship, good market reputation and excellent customer service 良好的客户关系、良好的市场声誉以及卓越的客户服务
