As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced
Global HR Business Partner
to support our overseas operations and strengthen our international team.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the
    recruitment and team-building
    efforts for overseas regions — from job posting, interview coordination, offer negotiation to onboarding/offboarding.
  • Build and optimize
    HR systems and processes
    across recruitment, training, performance, compensation, and employee development.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the HR department and provide
    guidance, training, and evaluation
    to team members.
  • Partner with senior management to provide insights and recommendations on
    organizational structure, HR strategy, and administrative management
    .
  • Conduct
    workforce planning
    based on business growth and market trends; adjust personnel structures and compensation systems accordingly.
  • Manage key HR issues in a timely manner and drive
    corporate culture initiatives
    aligned with company values.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with
    CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency
    (strong English communication skills required).
  • 5+ years of relevant HR experience
    , including proven success in
    overseas recruitment
    ; experience in automation equipment manufacturing or trading is a strong plus.
  • Deep understanding of HR management frameworks and hands-on experience across multiple HR functions.
  • Prior experience in
    group-level or multinational HR management
    preferred.
  • Strong
    leadership, communication, and analytical
    capabilities; able to collaborate effectively across cultures and departments.
  • Familiar with
    labor laws and employment policies
    in target Europe).
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to
    build and integrate high-performing teams
    globally.
