 Represent MAN and the field service, manage the service and commissioning of MAN products when required  Implement tasks as part of the maintenance of engines, undertake overhaul of diesel engine  Work on engine problems, help with any customer inquiry concerning any MAN Diesel product  Submit fully detailed reports on work carried out in accordance with Service Department procedures  Work with the Engine Sales Department concerning customer product inquiries

 Independently completes individual tasks and sub packages  Operational support in all stages of a project  Ensure compliance with MAN-ES Integrated Management System within the scope of daily work responsibilities. Framework for action/decision making authority /influence  Decisions within the scope of his / her working area  Complete tasks according to general guidelines with support from experienced co-workers where necessary Specialist competence Individual non-technical skills which are mandatory by law and / or MAN guidelines. Employee must be familiarized and adhere with these before and while performing jobs. Specific competence Adequate technical skills of his / her own defined task area to perform his / her job tasks. Interdisciplinary competence A cluster of business relevant personal and social related abilities that enable the field service engineers to act effectively in his / her job.
