Main Tasks And Responsibilities- Design, implement and optimize functionalities of a full-stack application according to the Design and Development Process (complying with IEC 62304, ISO 13485, etc.)
- Participate in the planning and analysis of new functionalities to be developed in an Agile way contributing to the software requirements review with the product owner and the software quality analyst
- Detect and analyze complex issues and define an effective action plan to resolve them including the impact assessment of the design change
- Design and implement the user interface
- Participate in continuous code improvement and knowledge sharing
- Participate in incident resolution and support operations.
- Design and perform testing and quality control activities (unit tests, regression tests, etc.)
- Support and follow best practices identified by the technical leads (including design patterns, security by design, clean code, etc.)

Sales Consultant will be responsible for market development in Implant market. The Sales Consultant will increase revenues and market share through KA or developing new channels, so as to achieve sales targets and customers increase

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet Annual sales target.
  • End user focus, promote and spec in Straumann product in responsible application and territory for end user demand creation.
  • Grow share in territory Key account.
  • Identify and capture share gain opportunity in the assigned territory.
  • Collect and feedback competitor and industry information.

Skills And Competencies
Education / Professional Experience

  • Degree qualified in Pharmacy, Biology, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Working experiences: Sales Consultant at least 3 years, Sr. Sales Consultant at least 5 years, preferred in Medical and Healthcare industry.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Well-developed business analysis skills including opportunity and risk assessment.
  • Strong solutions knowledge with business understanding & market knowledge.

Personal / Leadership Competencies

  • Good selling skills and customer orientated.
  • Good team work spirit and self-motivated
  • Basic influencing and communication skills, planning, administrative and coordinating skills
  • Develops basic understanding of product lines, customer segments and their needs, divisional/branch functions, and competitive products, prices and policies
