Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Issue purchase orders based on material requirements planning.
  • Control the procurement process: communicate and coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, quality, etc., to ensure timely and accurate arrival of purchased materials.
  • Provide feedback on material procurement progress to relevant departments.
  • Handle product inquiries, order processing, packaging and transportation, import/export declarations, and foreign exchange payments.
  • Organize and review supplier information and payment documentation.
  • Pay maximum attention and exercise sound judgment to prevent EHS incidents, maintain good EHS conditions, and consistently adopt correct health and safety behaviors.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Communicate with technical and quality departments regarding technical and quality issues reported by suppliers.
  • Coordinate and communicate with suppliers on technical standards and quality requirements.
  • Support the department manager in achieving annual departmental targets.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Education and Major:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.

Professional Knowledge:

  • Familiar with basic international trade knowledge and international logistics processes. Understand quality management, production process control, and supplier management procedures.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of two years of purchasing experience; experience in multinational companies is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP software.
  • Familiar with international trade basics and logistics handling processes.
  • Strong English reading and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and business negotiation skills.
  • Independent, proactive, and positive work attitude.
  • Strong customer service awareness and team spirit.
