What You Will Do

1.Quality Management system: Assist plant quality lead and QMS to develop, maintain and optimize quality system (ISO9000: 2015 & IATF16949:2016). Promote the BIQS and the other CSRs per business strategy direction

2Quality Assurance :lead the quality team to set up/upgrade the quality culture to persue to zero defect mindset throughout

3Quality continual improvement: Periodic review the quality performance with Team for continual quality improvement, To monitor all activities and drive improvement through prevention

4Customer satisfaction: Guide MQA team to deal with customer quality issues and complains, support the customer audit and drive quality improvement activities to ensure total customer satisfaction

5Risk Analysis and Problem Solver: Support risk assessment and contatiment action decision on quality failure related customer complaints or internal quality failure, problem solving (8D's) and analysis for prevention of repeat issues & systemic improvements,

6Process Audit: Regular perform internal audit to find potential weak system for improvement opportunity

7Quality documents review: Quality document preparation, Procedure review / revising coordination.

8Coach /develop the team per competitive advantage to created the maximum value for the quality organization and company

9Talent development: Identify and coach the manufacturing quality team talent gap and deveolpement to support business growth strategy

10Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

1Minimum 8 year experience as quality Engineers in Electronics industry or Automotive field. 3 years experience as quality manager

2Office is skilled, Good English writing and speaking

3Knowledge of IATF16949 / ISO 9000 and be familiar on 8D, APQP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA and PPAP tool

4Be knowledge on Six sigma and Minitab

5Be knowledge on ESD &MSL control

6Strong organizational skill to anticipate, plan, organize and self-monitor workload

7Good interpersonal skills for effective leadership and team facilitation

8Can work on pressure
