Roles And Responsibilities
- Follow & Respect the Rules of GE
 - Response of the SQDC (safety/quality/delivery/cost) on project basis
 - Project Management
 - Initial the project transfer of the new order/contract from Commercial teams, leading the identification of the technical & commercial risk on the project. work out the mitigate action plans and regular follow up with related action owners.
 - Project milestones follow up to meet the delivery schedule of contract.
 - Leading the Factory Acceptance Test with customer and response for project Revenue target.
 - Organize the product delivery.
 - Follow up site progress and coordinate for the Site emergency requirement.
 - Improve customer satisfaction, manage customer claim and complain at Technical and commercial aspect. 7.Response for the Bond issue/Billing submission/cash collection.
 - Control the cost at project basis, and response for the finance review with management team.
 - Risk & Opportunities management. Continue improvement by R-O-E (return on experience).
 - Respect for EHS requirement and coordinate for any safety concern on Site (Domestic and Oversea project).
 
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or above, major in Mechanical or Electrical is a plus
 - Fluency English both oral and writing is required
 - Be good at negotiation skills and management skills
 - Experience in T&D industry area is a plus
 - PMP certificate is plus
