Responsible for product technical support, training content and knowledge base maintenance, etc. Provide product service management, quality issue handling, and expert technical service support to internal and external service teams and customers. Job Descriptions:
- Support to build up Heat Pump service network.
- Communicate and co-ordinate with other departments to ensure the implementation of the service end of the heat pump product. launching stage, including technical training, spare parts reserve, etc.;
- For heat pump difficult technical problems, give regional service team support and solutions;
- Responsible for the collation of heat pump product quality issues, track-ing and solution implementation, to promote the improvement and en-hancement of quality issues.
- By collecting daily heat pump technical problems, continuously summa-rise and update the knowledge base and training materials;
- HP installation quality check and monitoring. Qualifications:
- More than 5 years working experience, thermal engineering related majors, bachelor degree or above, heat pump, boiler and other related technical support work experience is preferred;
- Skilled in the use of office software, with strong programme writing skills.
- Good at learning, strong learning ability for new technology and new products;
- Proactive work, good communication and coordination skills, with some project management skills.
