Key Responsibilities 主要职责
100%完成公司分配的区域销售指标,保持良性增长 区域KA连锁客户的维护与管理,建立与连锁管理层人员紧密联系,提升合作粘性 开拓并建立新KA连锁渠道,管理经销商合作,建立长期稳定的战略合作伙伴关系. 主导与连锁总部的开发洽谈,价格谈判,协议签订及公司内部流程等 协助KA连锁制定并优化门店运营计划,包含但不限于促销活动、产品推广方案、患者教育, 药店陈列等项目等。 协助KA连锁设计店员培训计划,包含但不限于专业技能、产品知识,专业话术等 跨部门合作,及时反馈市场信息,确保销售计划顺利实施,并解决业务过程中遇到的问题 确保所有行动都符合并遵循国家和公司的政策和标准,同时保持专业标准和业绩.

Skills And Abilities 技能和能力

  • 本科及以上学历.
  • 至少 3-5 年医疗行业相关工作经验.
  • 有大连锁管理经验优先,持有药师资质优先.
  • 以结果为导向,以客户为中心, 学习能力强,自我驱动力强.
  • 出色的人际关系和沟通技能。
