About This Position

  • Acts as a regional ADA project management platform/methodology champion and first point of contact for project team support and guidance.
  • Facilitates and drives ADA project management processes (e.g. risks and escalated issues calls, change requests etc.).
  • Continuously reports project status and actively adds / updates issues, risks and tasks based on knowledge of project progress/status.
  • Continuously improves delivery by sharing lessons learned from similar projects with the project manager and team.
  • Supports with the development of project business case, charter and A4 and ensure appropriate sign-off.
  • Supports with preparations for decision (body) meetings such as steering committee.
  • Performs project health assessments and raises concerns to project manager and/or escalate to sponsor as required.
  • Facilitates End of Project Reviews (EPRS).
  • Own the regional ADA continuous improvement program and corresponding tools, including ideation to project pipeline gatekeeping process.
  • Facilitating new hire onboarding and quarterly refresh training on Continuous Improvement (DMAIC) concept, approach and methodology.
  • Develop and track CI projects dashboard with corresponding ROI, financial impact.

What you´ll do

  • Business and financial analysis to support and track ADA strategy execution (i.e. APAC/China Change agenda, ADA WS, Regional X-SBU projects and programs under APAC/China ExCom steering).
  • Coordinate and provide a status update of the regional strategy and project implementation.
  • Be the contact window of regional MI data source and work with AQA in delivering analysis of upstream market trends, market segmentation, business models, channel strategies, customers, competitive analysis and financial reports in serving the needs of ADA strategy and project opportunity identifications.
  • Own the ADA CI program and be the CI contact window in driving culture change and solid improvement projects deliverables.
  • Meeting facilitations and support.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree & above; master's degree and MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in project management; experience in management consulting or integrated supply chain and Procurement is a plus.
  • Lean Six Sigma and CI execution background is preferred.
  • Japanese speaking would be a plus.
  • Strong analytical and data processing skill.
  • Good structural and strategic thinking capability.
  • Proven ability to strategy development and implementation.
  • Excellent communication skill.
  • Strong team collaboration.
