- Work with US office to set up the US dental CBCT installation & post service workflow and system.
- Prepare the product service documents and training materials in English version.
- Set up the global 400 call center workflow and system.
- Provide on-site installation service internationally(by self at the beginning) and help build the foreign local team. Requirement:
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Bachloar degree or above, in engineering.
- Five years engineering/service experience in electrical or mechanics, eg Automation, Industrial Equipments, Project delivery. Medical equipment experience is not a must, but a plus.
- Have both hand-on abilities and system thinking & organizing abilities.
