  • Develop and implement sales strategies, policies, and procedures to drive revenue growth and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and sales goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales processes and systems.
  • Manage and optimize the (SFDC) system or other CRM systems to support sales activities and data analysis.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and use insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasting models and reporting mechanisms to track performance and progress against targets.
  • Continuously review and enhance sales management tools and processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and resolve operational challenges and bottlenecks.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market dynamics and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: List the experience, knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to do the job in a fully competent manner
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in sales operations, business analytics, financial planning & analysis or a similar role with a strong focus on data analysis.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing (SFDC) or other CRM systems.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering CRM system projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and processes.
  • A collaborative and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Prior experience in professional service industry is a plus.
