What are you expecting?
As a Senior UX/UI Designer at Grantit Limited, your main focus is to understand the users and solve their problems. You will be working across the end-to-end process including problem definition, research, information architecture, interaction design, design strategy, prototyping and product testing. You will work closely with product managers and the development team to iterate and build a user-friendly product that can be launched into the market.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end design processes for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless implementation of designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality.
- Work independently and be able to proactively participate in discussions and raise issues related to design
You will be a great fit if you:
- You have core skills as a full-cycle UX/UI Designer with at least 3 years of experience within mobile apps and web apps.
- Experience across the end-to-end product design process and effective prototyping skills
- Willing to deeply understand real data, trends and norms in the market, as well as internal OKRs to reach business goals
- Self-starter, flexible and adaptable, familiar with working in an agile environment
- Communication skills (Mandarin, English and Cantonese)
- Knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma.
- Project portfolio for mobile app interfaces
Good to have but not compulsory
:
- Worked in a startup pre-seed or series A/B
- Understanding of React Native
- Experience in conducting in depth user research and interviews
