Main Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership & Governance: Report implementation progress to stakeholders and workstream lead; Identify and mitigate implementation risks
  • Build: support the technical build of the S4/Hana system, including APAC key design functions, RICEFW and configuration timely built and tested.
  • Test: lead the testing plan, timelines, and implement testing cross-functional teams including IT, external consultants, E2E supply chain functions, Logistics Core Team members and Logistics Key User Community across different APAC locations, to ensure S4/Hana processes and functions are accepted by the business. Engage in ITC (Integrated Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) test scenarios and scripts development. Document and track testing results and issues. Ensure proper resolution of identified issues. Report testing and issue log status to stakeholders and workstream lead; Facilitate communication among global, region and local teams on testing topics.
  • Training: Support comprehensive training programs design for both key users and end users; Develop training materials tailored to different user job role, user groups and countries; Create and maintain training documentation and reference guides and enable all end users are ready for the S4/Hana system; Coordinate and conduct virtual and in-person training session according to training schedules accommodating different locations and languages; Support key users in delivering end user training; Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
  • Migration & Cut-over: responsible for the master data, transactional data migration preparation for Logistics Workstream, and ensure a smooth Day 1 cut over to S4/Hana with contingency plans
  • Hypercare: support the hyper-care activities in Logistics workstream and ensure the overall success of S4/Hana go live.

Additional Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Strategy development and implementation: Participate in strategy development, create implementation plans and ensure execution.
  • Data Analysis: Perform data analysis for material and information flow to support your projects as well as improve transparency and support decisions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify optimization / standardization potentials to continuously improve your own work environment (incl. collaboration in your team) as well as for the E2E supply chain (e.g. synergy potentials, reliability and resilience improvements, new technologies, automation and digitization). Join the Logistics process optimization for fit-for-purpose of the APAC business dynamics, to reduce complexity, improve transparency & autonomous, and become the most service & cost competitiveness.
  • Expertise: Actively develop you and your peer´s expertise in the "End to End" supply chain processes as well as in project management.
  • Coaching / Partnering: Coach your operational stakeholders to understand and live implemented processes and tools (change management).
  • Project Portfolio Management: Active project steering utilizing the defined process and tools (project portfolio management). Multiple projects involved.

Qualification

  • Education: Bachelor or Master degree in supply chain related courses (Logistics, chemistry, engineering, Business or equivalent) or comparable experience.
  • Work experience: More than 8 years work experience in operational supply chain / logistics functions or supply chain project management; Proven experience in organizing SAP UAT and Training programs
  • Project Management experience: 5+ years of experience in SAP implementation projects, with focus on Logistics modules; Significant project management / methodology knowledge, with proven experience leading projects; Strong organizational and time management skills; Experience in virtual team leadership; Stakeholder management experience
  • IT knowledge: SAP ERP, transport management systems, data warehouses (SAP SD/LE, TM, MM/WM, BW) and MS Office; Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Language: English and Chinese in both spoken and written; Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Required competences plans and aligns; instills trust; cultivates innovation; collaborates; manages complexity
