Job Responsibilities

  • Process Optimization & SOP Refinement:
    Regularly review and refine warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), establish monitoring mechanisms to enhance operational precision and efficiency.
  • 流程优化与SOP精细化
    : 定期审查并优化仓库SOP,建立监督机制,提升操作精细度与整体效率。
  • Project Management & Implementation:
    Lead end-to-end project execution from planning to delivery, customize logistics solutions for clients, and ensure timely, high-quality implementation.
  • 项目管理与落地执行:
    主导项目从规划到交付的全过程,为客户定制物流解决方案,确保项目按时高质量完成。
  • Warehouse Environment & Standards Maintenance
    : Establish and maintain high-standard warehouse onsite management (e.g., 5S) protocols, ensuring a clean, orderly, and safe working environment to meet the stringent requirements of the clients.

仓库环境与标准维护
: 建立并维护高标准的仓库现 场管理规范,确保工作环 境整洁、有序、安全, 以满足客户客户对仓储环境的严格要求。

  • Client Relationship & Communication:
    Serve as the main point of contact for clients, proactively understand and manage their needs and expectations, and strengthen collaboration.
  • 客户关系与沟通
    : 作为客户的主要对接人,主动理解并管理客户需求与期望,巩固合作关系。
  • Internal Collaboration & Coordination:
    Facilitate cross-department communication, organize regular meetings to ensure information alignment and prompt issue resolution.
  • 内部协作与协调
    : 推动跨部门沟通,组织定期会议,确保信息同步与问题及时解决。
  • Warehouse Operational Excellence
    : Conduct regular assessments of warehouse capacity (storage, equipment, personnel), and implement improvement plans to enhance productivity and service quality.
  • 仓库运营卓越化
    : 定期评估仓库运营能力,制定并执行改进计划,提升生产力与服务品质。
  • Budget & Cost Control
    : Participate in annual budget planning, monitor operational costs, and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
  • 预算与成本控制
    : 参与年度预算规划,监控运营成本,优化资源配置以实现效益最大化。
  • Team Development & Training
    : Foster a culture of detail-oriented and process-driven operations within the warehouse team.
  • 团队发展与培训
    : 在仓库团队中培养注重细节、流程驱动的工作文化。

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics/warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a project management or supervisory role.
  • 至少10年物流/仓储运营经验,其中至少5年担任项目管理或团队管理职位。
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles and managing client projects. Experience in managing luxury brand clients is a plus.)

具备客户对接和客户项目管理的实践经验,拥有奢侈品牌客户管理经验者优先。

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural setting.
  • 优秀的沟通与协调能力,能在多元文化环境中高效工作。
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • 注重细节、积极主动,能在极少监督下独立工作并承受压力。
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • 英语流利(书面与口语)。
  • High sense of responsibility and integrity.
