About This Role
We are hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, and validation of mechanical components for automotive display systems and CDC. This role involves managing a global engineering team, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring high-quality integration of mechanical solutions into vehicle platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers
2.Oversee mechanical design, system integration, and validation
3.Manage requirements, documentation, and continuous improvement
4.Collaborate with OEMs, suppliers, and internal teams
5.Ensure successful launch of key mechanical design projects
What We Are Looking For
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering
2.10+ years of experience in automotive mechanical design and product launch
3.Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, CAD tools, and validation methods
4.Solid project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
5.Fluent in English; capable of working in a global team environment
