- Responsible for key OEM account sales in order to maximize sales growth and optimize profits.
- Develop and propose attractive solution/service to the customers while securing and expanding current sales opportunities, and have sales responsibilities to sell our solution/services towards the customers.
- Maintain good customer relationships, find out customer's needs, wants and requirements with strong business mindset and create attractive proposals through teamwork with relevant functions.
- Explain and convince customer of the proposal with professional business way.
- Negotiate for favorable commercial terms with customer procurement teams to align with both client expectations and company objectives.
- Track and support the whole sales process including pre- and post-process for a smooth delivery and long-term cooperation.
- Proactively develop and close new sales opportunities within the target markets.
- Carry out all other tasks and projects assigned by the line manager. Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree.
- Minimum 5 years' B2B solution sales experience in IT related industries.
- Have solid knowledge of electronics component business and experience in manufacturing industry. Having experience in electrical engineering is a plus.
- Ability to understand complex and unique industry issues.
- Ability to develop relationships and profitable business partnerships with major partners.
- Strong ability to manage sales operations-related activities (e.g., forecasting, sales planning, budgeting and sales compensation).
- Strong lead and coordination skills evidenced by building a successful combination of sales, marketing and engineering team.
- Japanese or English can be the working language.
- High motivation, sense of responsibility, willing to learn, and a good team player.
