Responsibilities: Quotation (RFQ) & Cost Control
- Develop quotes independently based on customer design specs, factory resources, considering various cost factors to ensure competitiveness and profit targets.
- Analyze production processes to identify cost - saving opportunities and suggest optimized quotes.
- Adjust quoting strategies as per different customer and order requirements. Process Development & Optimization
- Get involved in new projects early, collaborate with R&D/design teams, and propose process improvement suggestions to optimize product design.
- Create detailed process development plans, organize relevant personnel to carry out the work, and ensure on - time and quality completion of process development projects.
- Design and develop reasonable production processes based on product characteristics and production requirements.
- Continuously assess and improve existing production processes. Customer Communication & Technical Solution Presentation
- Act as the key technical link between the factory and foreign clients, communicate in fluent English, understand client needs, and answer questions to build trust.
- Present the company's technical solutions to foreign clients.
- Collect client feedback on technical solutions, organize team discussions, coordinate responses to client needs, and adjust and optimize technical solutions as needed. Project Management
- Plan and schedule IE - related projects, set project milestones, allocate resources, and coordinate departments to ensure smooth project progress.
- Monitor the project execution, collect and analyze project data, identify deviations and potential risks, take corrective actions, and report progress to superiors.
- Lead and manage the IE project team. Requirements:
- Education:Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Work Experience:At least 8 years of IE engineering experience, preferably in OEM/ODM factories, with a track record of leading at least 3 full - cycle IE projects.
- Professional Skills:Proficient in production management methods and tools like Lean Production, Six Sigma, TPM; solid IE knowledge and problem - solving skills; familiar with manufacturing processes and equipment; skilled in using AutoCAD and Office software.
- Language:Fluent in English, capable of oral and written communication with foreign clients, and able to write and review technical documents in English.
- Project Management:Strong project management skills, familiar with project management processes, able to lead IE projects independently, and coordinate with different departments effectively.
