Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design team to develop innovative and trend-driven collections.
- Research global fashion trends and consumer needs to inform design strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and sales teams to align designs with business goals.
- Ensure product quality, functionality, and sustainability standards are met.
- Manage and guide the design team to deliver high-quality work.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in apparel design, with expertise in athleisure or performance sportswear.
- Proven track record of collaborating with athletes, celebrities, or influencers on creative projects.
- Strong ability to create a distinctive design language and deliver cohesive seasonal collections.
- International experience with a global perspective on design and consumer insights.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
