Job Description:

  • Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to team members.
  • Ensure the team's daily work activities are executed efficiently, meeting established deadlines and quality standards.
  • Monitor and track team performance, regularly reviewing KPIs and taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments or teams to ensure seamless workflows and effective communication.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide updates, and address any challenges or concerns.
  • Handle escalated customer issues or complaints, resolving them effectively and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collect and Identify data trends, patterns to provide data-driven decision support for management.
