  • Responsible for business development of institutional and platform clients in the cross-border industry, including but not limited to cross-border e-commerce platforms, expense control and reimbursement platforms, sharing economy, human resources and payroll service institutions, corporate travel management companies (TMC), digital media and gaming, logistics, advertising and marketing platforms, as well as super-sized outbound enterprise clients.

  • Identify clients' needs, accurately match corresponding products and solutions and ensure timely delivery, and establish close, long-term cooperative relationships with middle- and senior-level client representatives and partners through the sales of products and solutions.

  • Provide targeted, end-to-end solutions for institutional, platform clients, and super-sized outbound enterprises, covering cross-border collections, foreign exchange, bulk payments and settlements (accounts, wallets, VCCs, etc.), corporate travel payments, and other industry-specific needs, to enhance client engagement and retention.

  • Conduct research and competitive analysis of industry competitors and their solutions, organize and summarize differentiated advantages, and promptly provide feedback to relevant internal teams, enabling them to deliver more competitive and tailored comprehensive solutions that address clients' pain points.
