该职位来源于猎聘 REQUIRED COMPETENCIESPURPOSE: Lead a multidisciplinary team with the mission of achieving the objectives of the project contract (based on the project's specific Quality/Cost/Time components), while deploying the company's strategy at the activity level. Be responsible for managing the project from its initiation to its closure. RESPONSIBILITIES AND SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES: PROJECT LAUNCH:

  • With the support of the product/service manager, conduct the kick-off to align the entire team on the offer, its strategic stakes, stakeholders, and the project organization: team members, frequency of project progress meetings, communication methods, project workspace…
  • Adjust the deliverables with the project team: project plan, roadmap, budget, risk management... PROJECT EXECUTION:
  • Lead the project through financial data (project business plan), scheduling, risk management, project prioritization, and Quality, Cost, and Time objectives.
  • Facilitate a multidisciplinary, potentially multi-site team across all project workstreams (technical, services, industrialization, commercial launches, qualification/certification, documentation, etc.).
  • Ensure the structuring and availability of data.
  • Monitor project progress through the availability and maturity of deliverables required for milestone completion.
  • Ensure compliance with project management rules and processes in accordance with the project plan.
  • Identify conflicts in priorities, choices, and resources, and manage them with stakeholders.
  • Participate in project and business post-mortems to contribute to continuous improvement. REPORTING / EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION:
  • Keep project indicators and status up to date with objectivity and accuracy
  • Raise alerts and escalate issues by proposing plans to bring the project back "under control"
  • Communicate and present project progress to various stakeholders and at different levels of the organization CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:
  • Based on personal experience feedback, propose efficiency improvements in project management REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
  • Project management, Mastery of project management methodologies and tools, including business planning and risks management
  • Open-mindedness and strategic perspective
  • General knowledge of applicable standards
  • Mid-level understanding of business guides and their interactions
  • Cross-functional management of a multidisciplinary, potentially multi-site team
  • Fluent English– Expresses ideas spontaneously in a clear and structured manner, comfortable in most situations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
