A strategic role to enhance customer experience and accelerate digital business growth through integrated date driven Retail Omnichannel ecosystem and digital innovation across online to offline store. You will act as both the Product Owner and Performance Driver, leveraging data insights to enhance customer engagement, drive sales, and elevate omnichannel retail experiences.

What you will do:

  • Responsible for Retail digitalization to drive business growth, digital engagement, and enhance World-Class Luxury Customer Experience.
  • Stay apprised of the FMCG, luxury, fashion, and beauty industry and the latest digital technologies to proactively develop new and best-in-class innovation approach to connect with consumers and improve performance.
  • Lead end-to-end management of local retail product, including product roadmap, feature rollout, UX optimization, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Stay ahead of digital retail trends (e.g., gamification, AI-driven personalization) to innovate product functionalities.
  • Analyze and optimize product & business performance metrics (sales conversion, customer retention) to meet/exceed targets.
  • Utilize deep knowledge of WeCom retail tools (e.g., mini-programs, CRM integrations, O2O activation) to drive engagement and loyalty.
  • Conduct retail data analysis (sales trends, user behavior, campaign ROI) to inform decision-making, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage internal innovation training and workshop with cross-functional teams.

  • 8+ years proven experience in digital commence, retail and Omnichannel function with team management responsibility.
  • Strategic mind-set with budget management, delivering goals and KPIs.
  • Strong passion and start-up self-driven for digital Retail Omnichannel business.
  • Excellent leadership abilities and with strong track record of team management and development experience.
  • Excellent English and Mandarin skills, both verbal & written. Strong communication and project management skills.
