Our client is a leading health and nutrition company committed to science-based innovation and global market expansion. With a strong track record in consumer wellness, the organization is launching a new initiative focused on Southeast Asia — developing locally relevant products that meet regional needs and preferences.

Role Overview

The
Regional New Brand Lead
will be responsible for incubating and growing a new consumer health brand in Southeast Asia. This includes developing the product concept, leading market entry, and establishing a full business operation with support from the company's core functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    end-to-end development
    of a new brand and product line tailored for the Southeast Asian market.
  • Present and refine your
    own business or product concept
    within the health-related space (e.g., functional foods, beverages, or wellness products).
  • Build and manage a
    dedicated business team
    responsible for marketing, product, and sales.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Supply Chain, R&D, and Marketing to execute the business plan.
  • Develop and implement a
    localized go-to-market strategy
    that aligns with consumer insights and regulatory requirements.
  • Report directly to
    senior management
    , presenting business plans, market validation, and growth milestones.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be fluent in Mandarin.
  • Willing to
    relocate and work on-site in Guangzhou, China
    .
  • Proven
    entrepreneurial or brand-building experience
    , ideally within health, nutrition, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong understanding of
    Southeast Asian consumer markets
    , both online and offline.
  • Manager or Director-level
    experience with strong strategic and execution skills.
  • Demonstrated
    resilience, creativity, and ownership mindset
    in business incubation or new market development.

Preferred

  • Experience in
    building or leading cross-border brands
    .
  • Familiarity with
    digital-first or e-commerce-driven business models
    .
  • Background in
    new product development
    or regional brand management.
