Responsibilities:
Manage weekly UPC reporting.
- Pull and send UPC reports weekly following PO issuance. Send to all suppliers: tops and bottoms.
- Quick turnaround to solve supplier questions: style and color descriptions, sizes, MSRP pricing.
Support Style set-up for NPI and SMU's.
- Be trained with various systems utilized by the Production team which supports system SKU creations, MSRP data communications.
- Also familiarize with the commercialization calendar with the processes and timing to support systems and cross functional communications.
Support Seasonal Production Lead-time and capacity planning for NPI, Seasonal, Replenishment and SMU product.
- Help validate production lead-times: fabric mill, fabric transit, sew.
- Support updates to the PO Due date file, replenishment calendars, and SMU logs.
- Aid in seasonal fabric planning for required greige commitments.
- Validate in PLM main and any key secondary fabrics requiring long lead-times.
- Confirm bulk fabric ready for commercialization.
- Assist in MOQ validation.
- Support sending production forecasts.
- Support chase requests: get best L-T's, problem-solve on order MOQ's, update chase logs.
Support PO validation
- Follow the finalized PO due date file to track actual PO issuance.
- Validate factory allocation on PO (for the case one vendor with mutule factories)
- Follow up with planning for late PO issuance (wait for more booking or drop…)
Requirements/Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in apparel/footwear/accessories production
- Good communication in written and spoken English.
- Ability to analyze business data, good recognition of managing priorities, problem solving, and shifting focus quickly as needed.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Familiarity with SAP, PLM and Tableau is preferred.
